TAUBE ELECTRONIC starts to operate new Fischerscope X-Ray XDV-SSD

Since the implementation of leadfree RoHS compliant assembly processes Micro X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy is a common analytical method at TAUBE ELECTRONIC.

This advanced instrument is used for the screening of circuit board and electronic component surface finishes and also to control the impurities of solder alloys and monitoring of wave and selective soldering equipment.

Beside this it can also be used for the investigation of other very thin finishes on electronic components and for the detection of forbidden substances according to RoHS legislation.
